Refunds


Refunds for purchases made from M. D. Scherer & Company vary from item to item. The specific refund policy for an item will be listed clearly on that item page. Because many of our items are out-of-print and may be old, the condition of the item will be noted before you purchase.

THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES TO ALL ITEMS SOLD:

We secure a tracking number if such is available for the shipping method used. If an item is lost in delivery, it will be necessary for us to wait the required length of time established by the shipper before making a claim. If a claim is successful, a replacement item will be shipped.

If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipment, we will make a claim with the shipper and a replacement will be shipped, however return of the damage item may be required.

We make every attempt to provide a clear description, often including images, of products before you make a purchase so you have a complete understanding of what you are buying. Typically, books, DVDS and CDs are not returnable/refundable unless lost or damaged as mentioned above.
