We do not required a customer account when ordering products, therefore the only information we collect is that which is required to complete your transaction. When you order, the order form requires your name, billing and shipping address, credit card number, expiration date and CID#. You should also include other information fields such as your telephone number, to allow us to contact you regarding your order if necessary. This information is collected to make your shopping experience with us as effecient as possible. It is used only by M. D. Scherer & Company and the credit card processor. You will not receive sales calls by phone from M. D. Scherer & Company. We may send occasional email regarding new products. If at any time you no longer wish to receive email from us, simply send us an email requesting removal of the address in question and we will immediately stop all contact by email.
